First Bank is planning a new, state-of-the-art headquarters on the site of its current main office in Creve Coeur. Construction will be managed by Brinkmann Constructors with project guidance provided by Cobalt Construction Consulting and Cushman & Wakefield. The design team is being led by Lamar Johnson Collaborative.

A group of local and national investors in conjunction with Scott Plocher, president of Plocher Construction Co. Inc., and Christopher Byronmanaging partner for Byron Carlson Petri & Kalb LLC, formed Park North Development LLC to bring a premier golf and entertainment complex to Edwardsville, Ill. The Complex, located near Interstate 55 and Illinois Highway 143, will include an 18-hole putting course and 40 climate-controlled hitting bays as well as a restaurant, sports bar and outdoor patio.
